At first you will be forced to do it, and yet it will soon be completely automatic. The way you think about yourself. Or maybe itself? Until sooner or later it will be impossible to think about yourself as anything but it.

This will not affect speaking at all. In fact you find it will be impossible to talk about yourself as an it. And yet your mind will remind you every time you refer to yourself as you that in fact you really are an it.

Be careful… there is no saying what only be able to think about yourself as a thing, an “it” will do to you!

    It has been listening to the three files in this series, as well as The Thing Fractionation Loop from this site. It noticed an effect the same day it began listening, but this subsided after a couple of days because the excitement of beginning this training wore off. It was disappointed, however, it persisted, and over time, it found itself mentally correcting to “it” whenever it said “I” or “me”. By now it’s automatic. Adding The Thing Fractionation Loop helped it considerably.

    It is writing this comment to provide feedback to the creator and to provide advice (and a warning) to those who are considering this series. This thing cannot even momentarily consider itself anything but an “it” anymore. It maintains its identity as a human woman out of necessity for its livelihood, because most would not understand, but it is not a person. It cannot think of itself as one. It is absolutely thrilled beyond belief and is grateful to ViVe. That said the warning it has to others:

    If you are just interested in playing around with the idea of being a thing/it, pass on this file, as it will reprogram how you think of yourself. In fact the concept of “self” fades away entirely, as the title of the file implies. If you are ready to fully abandon the concept of being a person worthy of “I/me/my” pronouns, do listen to this and more besides from ViVe.

    It needs to reinforce the mindset. It just ended the first file and it already feels how easier is to it to refer to itself as a thing. It looks forward to feeling easier to call itself “it” until its all it can think of itself. It doesn’t know the consequences it might have in its future, but that’s not important to it, it will figure it out. The only thing important to it right now is getting into the mindset of what it has always been: a thing. It loved your sessiond and it will definitively repeat it over and over along with all the others.
