Yes, I know, it’s called fractionation… it’s a hypnosis technique where you are deepened by awakening you and sending you back to sleep… and that’s what this file does. I’m installing a trigger-phrase to get you into trance… And training it by using it as the phrase to get you back into trance in the fractionation… It’s the “and let’s begin” I use in pretty much all of my files before the induction… So you will go into trance before the induction, giving you a headstart to go even deeper in the future….
