This is an evil anti smoking conditioning file.

Whenever you think about or desire to smoke, a painful red light will flash in your mind, and when you actually try to smoke, it will be ten times as bright and painful. And whenever you’re strong, whenever you resist or skip smoking, you will be rewarded with intense pride and subtle pleasure.

Together these effects will condition you, so you will quickly lose all interest to smoke.
