Note: Be careful and responsible. Make sure you can do push ups. Look up easier modifications if necessary and work yourself up to full push ups. Train with the basic “Workout Submissive” before using this.

It is not recommended to do the same exercises everyday. Your muscles need a day off to regenerate themselves. Anyway I will give it a shot. Thank you VIVE for the file.
That’s actually a very good point, and something I did some research on before I made the file.
While I would agree with the day off, but recently a lot of health institutions advertise the whole “Push ups every day” concept.
I’m not a doctor, I do kinky hypnosis. I’m not sure what would be ideal, but it’s modeled after the fad.
As the warning says – be careful and use common sense!

You have a disclaimer, which I think is pretty clear and good advice.
Strength training (with weights or machines) usually benefits from staggered rest. But things like pushups, plank, stretches, etc are more like calisthenics and are totally ok to do every day.
As long as you remind people in the file to pay attention to their body and rest if things are feeling sore or weird, I think these are awesome files.
