Selling of our files
Yesterday we got notified by someone who spotted our files being sold somewhere else. The file titles are slightly modified, but the descriptions are word for word the descriptions of files from this site. They are advertising it on fetlife and selling it as original content not available anywhere else.
Even after a friendly request to take the files down, they just kept on advertising for them.
We want to get the word out, so that anyone who has paid for any content, can seek to get their money back.
Please get the word out to other people, so that everyone who has been cheated has a chance to get it back.

Tumblr is a US site. The easiest way to deal with this sort of problem there is to send Tumblr a DMCA Takedown Request. You can do this even though you are not American yourself. There are plenty of guides to this process online; be sure to be explicit about what pages and files are infringing, and what sources they are infringing on the rights of. These are taken very seriously by providers, because they can lose Safe Harbor protections if they do not. The burden of proof is then on the other party to demonstrate cause for restoration.
FetLife is Canadian, and I’m not competent to speak to your options there. They won’t likely honor formal DMCA Takedown Requests as they are not subject to the DMCA, but a professional letter to the company, detailing the infringement may have the same effect.
